In the rush of modern day life it is easy to push aside small concerns and fail to notice that you are actually no longer your old happy self (assuming of course you can remember such a happy self!). But it's important to pay attention to the light gradual changes so we can keep our minds well and stop our lives from spinning out of control.

In this episode we have a look at how to combat some of our fears. As you know, fear is a state not a fact. People fear different things. Some fears are unreal in that they are anxieties about what might or might not happen such as fear of failure, while others are what I would call ‘authentic fears’ and these are fears of real danger in the moment. Babies are not born with fear, it is learned, so therefore it can be unlearned as well. And thats what we will discuss during this session.

In this episode I open up the subject of how patient we are - or not! The inner quality of patience goes a long way towards our goal of creating a more peaceful and loving self. My view is that without patience, life becomes extremely frustrating and you can be easily annoyed, bothered and irritated. Patience adds a dimension and acceptance to your life that is essential for inner peace.
